             Sleep:
 Sleep is essential factor for health. Adequate sleep increases ability to fight disease, improve concentration, irritability and impatience.

             Avoid bad habits:
Avoid smoking, drinking excessive amount of alcohol, drugs, chewing tobacco. All these things kill your healthy life. These all are causes serious diseases, like cancer, heart disease, stroke.

             Reduce stress:
