It is also important to have a diet that you like with the proper nutrients. The main impact on the body is the food that you eat and that is the reason you need to have good healthy food. The main factors that the food contains are nutrients and fiber.

·         Carbohydrates: This is an important source of energy. This is important for the tissues in the body. This helps to give energy and power to the muscles.

·         Proteins: This is an important source of energy. This is important for the growth of your body.

·         Fats: Though fats are not required to the body in large amount but they help to transport the important vitamins to the body.

·         Vitamins and Minerals:  There are many vitamins and minerals which have different functions on our body. Such as Vitamin A for eyes, Vitamin C is for the skin and healing wounds, Vitamin D for the strengthening bones. Minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium are also important.
