Orange juice is well known as breakfast drink, but lots of people don’t know that how orange juice is most beneficial for their health. 

Following are some vitamins and nutrients in orange juice that helps you to be healthy:

Folate

Folate is called as Folic acid; it is a Vitamin B which is very much vital for health.
 It is required for:
  1.  Creation DNA.
  2.  Manufacture blood cells
  3.  Regular growth.
  4.  It is very much important for women's health.
  5.  It also lowers the levels of homocysteine.

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 is a water soluble vitamin, which is an element of vitamin B complex group. It plays a significant role in the ability of the liver to produce amino acid.
